Insurance
Inspire Change Clinic (ICC) accepts most private insurance plans, Medical Assistance, and Medicare. If you're unsure whether your insurance is accepted, please contact our billing team at 612-000-4505.
We Can Help You
If you do not have insurance, we can help you apply for MNsure, Medical Assistance, dental coverage for children, and other programs that may help cover the cost of your care. A Patient Services Representative can assist you with the application process during your appointment.
Behavioral Health Services
Uninsured patients are encouraged to seek behavioral health services in the county where they live. If you reside outside of Hennepin County, we will refer you to behavioral health services in your home county.
Payment Options
We accept cash, check, Visa, or MasterCard.
If you cannot pay the full amount at the time of service, ICC will accept any payment you can make and will bill you for the remaining balance.
ICC’s billing representatives can help you set up a payment plan.
No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay.
Call a billing specialist at 612-987-4505 to make a payment over the phone or to set up a payment plan.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical care is expected to cost.
As of January 1, 2022, healthcare providers are required to give patients who are uninsured or not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. If you are uninsured or paying out of pocket, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency services. This includes related costs such as medical tests, prescription drugs, medical equipment, and facility fees.
You will receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your scheduled service, if your appointment is booked at least three days in advance.
You can also request a Good Faith Estimate from any provider before scheduling care.
If your final bill is $400 or more above the estimate, you have the right to dispute the charges.
