Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Inspire Change Clinic, Minneapolis, MN Employment Type: Part-time Schedule: 1–3 days per week, 8:45 AM–5:00 PM.

Position Summary:
The RN/LPN provides compassionate, high-quality nursing care in an outpatient clinic setting. This role supports primary care, preventive services, immunizations, well-child visits, patient education, and care coordination. The ideal candidate is adaptable, collaborative, and committed to health equity and culturally responsive care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care, patient assessments, and care coordination in an outpatient clinic setting
Support well-child visits, immunizations, vaccine management, and preventive care
Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and wellness
Collaborate with providers and staff to deliver coordinated, culturally responsive care
Participate in community outreach, health education, and quality improvement initiatives
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols
Address patient questions and concerns with professionalism and compassion
Required Qualifications:
Current Minnesota RN or LPN license.
At least one year of nursing experience.
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous outpatient clinic or ambulatory care experience
Experience with immunizations, vaccine management, and well-child care
Experience in community health, patient education, or care coordination
Interest in health equity, community outreach, and quality improvement
