About Inspire Change Clinic:

Position Summary:
We are seeking board-certified or board-eligible physicians in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine / Primary Care, with the option to provide obstetric care. This outpatient role allows you to care for patients across the lifespan, perform in-clinic procedures, and participate in interdisciplinary care coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive, chronic disease, and obstetric care (if applicable).
Perform in-clinic procedures appropriate to your practice.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in the electronic health record.
Educate and counsel patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and wellness.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community health programs.
Required Qualifications:
Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine / Primary Care.
Valid medical license in the state of practice.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient-centered care skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience providing outpatient primary care and/or obstetric care.
Familiarity with culturally responsive care practices.
Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams.
