Registered Nurse (RN)Location: Inspire Change Clinic – Minneapolis, MN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (32 hours/week, 0.8 FTE)

Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) at Inspire Change Clinic provides compassionate, high-quality care using a systematic nursing approach. This includes assessment, planning, nursing diagnosis, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, scope of practice, professional standards, and clinic policies.

The RN supports multiple areas within the clinic, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and respect for patient confidentiality. Responsibilities include patient care, education, and resolving patient concerns related to services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and provide direct nursing care.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and wellness strategies.

• Collaborate with providers and clinic staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with clinic protocols.

• Address patient questions, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and compassion.

Required Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota RN license (Wisconsin licensure required if applicable).

• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (no online-only courses).

• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to patient-centered care.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).

• Ambulatory or community health nursing experience.

• At least 1 year of nursing experience.
